ADMISSION PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Obtain an application form (N5,000) from the school.
STEP 2: Submit the completed application with the following documents:
- 2 passport photographs
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- Photocopies of previous results (for primary and high school)
STEP 3: Take an assessment test
STEP 4: A brief interview with the proprietress which is a part of the assessment
STEP 5: An offer of provisional admission is made to successful applicants.
STEP 6: School fees must be paid by the date indicated on the admission letter
SHMA Creche and Nursery
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Success Heritage Modern Academy Crèche is a foundation school for children between 1 and 2 years
STEP 1: Obtain an application form (N3,000,00) from the school.
STEP 2: Submit the completed application with the following documents:

- Photocopy of birth certificate
STEP 3: Take an assessment test
STEP 4: A brief interview with the proprietress which is a part of the assessment
STEP 5: An offer of provisional admission is made to successful applicants.

SHMA Primary School
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Pupils may join Success Heritage Primary School at any time during the academic year and do not have to wait until the start of each term.
STEP 1: Obtain an application form (N4,000) from the school.
STEP 2: Submit the completed application with the following documents:

- Photocopy of birth certificate
